Secretly- not so secretly, now- I think you are exactly like the rest of them, a relic of the past that ought to be left in the past, some ancient fragile artifact. This other side of me still can’t resist the urge to poke you anyway, to see if you might break. Toys. People are nothing but toys. They bore you eventually.
How futile. Setting myself slightly apart, slightly above everyone else, in a place I do not deserve to be in, watching the rest of the world struggle with their little problems, forgetting I have bigger issues than them. That I am smaller than them, that I should be fighting harder.

Listening comprehension in the morning went pretty well! AND I SAW A ZHENG, TOO <3 (SO CUTE) We went to eat breakfast after that (Me, Shion, Charlene, NicholasW, Peiwei), then Shion and I went to plaza sing to buy random stuff! Got pretty paperclippy things from Daiso, because they remind me of Kobato!
Decided to go karaoke after that, so we met up with melomelo at Central? and sat at Mos burger for a while (highclass mos burger hahaha they had glass cups and everything!) Walked over to the karaoke place to meet Haoyi, Yanlong and Shangyong?, THEN HAD LOTS OF FUN SINGING RANDOM OLD NEW WHATEVER AWESOME SONGS and annoying Haoyi with the tambourine!
Man, brings back memories. Gundam stuff (Tamaki Nami!), Seishun Amigo, HARE HARE YUKAI, full metal panic<3, konna ni chikaku de (meloooo :D), M, Passion, YUI, Hishoku no Sora, FUKAI MORI, etc! Hahaha. It is awesome to sing EPIC songs with people who listen to the same music; so, awfully glad my first time going karaoke-ing turned out to be probably the best time evar!
Decided to walk over to ION to eat, although Yanlong had to go off; Haoyi (poor child) got left behind on the other side of the road when the traffic light turned red :p Eventually found this nice place (Sho Teppenyaki), yay nyummy food! Nice lady was nice and left out vegetables, too :3
ALL IN ALL, HAPPY HAPPY. Going to be spamming japanese music now :D

Sunny white clouds glare at me from outside the window and I am happy that I’m not Out There, today. The world is quiet, as it should be.
Except for the neighbours’ drilling.
Have been talking to people I haven’t talked to in ages. I want to travel the world, too, as a girl of Science! It sounds fascinating. But at this moment chemistry- textbook chemistry has lost its gleam. I want to play with aqua regia, and acetone, and liquid helium- and make tiny helium balloons. Much more exciting than lounging around calculating how much 0.1mol/dmcube NaOH is needed to neutralise 25cmcube of 10g-of-HCl-dissolved-in-250cmcube.
Ah, but this is life, and will be for a few days yet.
I want the 24th and the 26th to come quickly, please.

I hate how pathetic you are. I hate when people cling on to their faults and tell themselves they’re not-really-faults because they’re part of their personality. Shut up, you don’t even deserve to be a protist.
There are people around me who really are inspiring. People who keep going on, always aiming higher, people who put in the effort to change themselves for the better. You? You’re proud of all the wrong things. You’re a stupid consumerist through and through, mindlessly swallowing up those messages that say It’s Okay To Be Superficial, Stupid, Selfish. You think it’s okay, that it’s just “individuality”. But it’s not, is it? Or is something wrong with the world these days?
It rubs me the wrong way when you, with all your idiocy, insult someone I care about, someone who’s doing her best and who’s better than you at anything in the first place. Okay, I’m biased- fine. Hypocritical, even.
But if you insist on messing with my friend, you’d better be glad you don’t know me.
